This Privacy Policy explains how Euphoric LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use HostScore (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Property information — addresses, bedroom/bathroom/guest counts, amenities, and listing photos you upload.
• Usage information — how you interact with the Service, and technical data such as log and device information.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — fetching comparable listings, analyzing your photos, and generating estimates and suggestions.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To send you service-related and, where applicable, digest emails (you can opt out of non-essential email at any time).
• To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service.

How your photos are handled

Photos you upload are stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to perform the visual analysis that powers the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models. You can delete photos, or your entire account, at any time — see "Your choices and rights" below.

Service providers we share data with

We share information with third parties only as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
• Anthropic — AI vision analysis of listing photos.
• AirROI — source of comparable listing market data.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional and digest email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and network security.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and marketing

We send account and service emails necessary to operate the Service. Optional digest emails include a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law (including the CAN-SPAM Act).

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account from your account settings; doing so cancels any active subscription and removes your properties, photos, and associated data. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Disabling them may prevent parts of the Service from working.

Your choices and rights

You can access and update your account information, delete your properties and photos, opt out of non-essential email, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to exercise these, contact us at support@hostscore.io.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The "Effective" date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
